It’s been a busy year for the Hill’s architects.
The first phase of the project is finished, but a lot of work still needs to be done.
In the meantime, the project team is working on a second phase that will include three additional floors.
These will be constructed as part of the next phase.
The new building will also feature a smaller footprint and will house an additional 50 employees.
For the first phase, the architects have constructed a four-story office building.
The new office building will house 100 people and will feature four different floors.
“We’re really excited about the office,” said David Allen, Hill’s principal architect.
“We think this will be a great office for the people who work in it.
We think the people working here will love it.
It’s really going to be a community place, and we’re excited to make that a reality.”
The project team has also installed a new heating and cooling system.
The building will have a large exterior window that will open to the courtyard below, making it ideal for large gatherings.
When completed, the building will include an underground garage, a large underground parking garage, and an open-air retail area.
While the project won’t be complete for another six months, Allen says that he’s optimistic that the project will become a reality.
As the project nears completion, the Hill team is hoping to have a formal announcement in a couple of months.
